Godrej Majesty is clearly trying to be the best-dressed project in Greater Noida West. It's a 3 and 4 bedroom development in Sector 12, designed by the architects Confluence in a neoclassical style, with a crown-style facade and jaali detailing. It is registered under RERA, registration number UPRERAPRJ250823/04/2025. You can check it on the state RERA portal before booking.

The landscape borrows from Lutyens' Delhi and traditional Indian gardens, with geometric lawns, tree-lined paths and water features spread across roughly 3 acres of internal greens. The clubhouse, The Regal Club, is about 28,000 sq ft over several levels and is topped by a rooftop infinity-edge pool. The project is being released tower by tower.

Sector 12 lies in Greater Noida West, reached from the Noida-Greater Noida link road. It's a growing residential belt that gives you more space for your money than Noida proper, and most daily needs are a short drive away. The Yotta Data Center Park is about 2.4 km from the site, and Shri Ram Global School and Delhi Public School, Knowledge Park V, are each about 2.6 km. Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is about 7.2 km and Artha SEZ about 7.3 km. Further out, Connaught Place Mall in Greater Noida is about 12.9 km, Fortis Hospital about 15.2 km, and the Technopolis IT Hub in Sector 62 about 16.2 km.

The Regal Club holds most of the amenities, including a restaurant, a gym, steam and sauna, a salon, a library and business centre, meeting rooms and a multipurpose hall. Up on the roof you'll find the infinity-edge pool, a kids' pool and a juice bar deck. Children get an indoor play area and games room, a skating rink and a cricket net practice area, while pickleball and a pet park round things off.

On finishes, Godrej specifies imported marble in the living, dining and kitchen areas and laminated wooden flooring in the bedrooms, which is a step above what you usually find in this micro-market.

The 3 BHK starts from around ₹3.56 Cr and the 4 BHK from around ₹4.19 Cr, with sizes on request for both. Godrej doesn't publish sizes online, and prices change as towers are released, but NRIVEST can get the current sheet with carpet areas.

Majesty is one of the more design-led projects in Greater Noida West, and it's priced that way, at the top end of the micro-market. What you're paying for is the Godrej name, the landscape and the finishes. For an NRI who wants a reliable brand and a home that won't look dated in ten years, it's a reasonable choice. There are two things to check: which tower is currently on sale, since it's released in stages, and the carpet area of the exact unit you're quoted, so you can compare the per sq ft rate with nearby launches.
