About Krisumi

Krisumi is a joint venture between India's Krishna Group and Japan's Sumitomo Corporation, and the Japanese side shows up in the design and planning of its homes. All three of its projects sit in Sector 36A, close to each other, so it's really one neighbourhood being built in stages.

Krisumi Waterfall Residences is under construction, with studios through to 4 BHK homes from ₹2.90 Cr. Waterfall Suites, next to it, is made up of studio apartments of 921 to 1,182 sq.ft starting at ₹1.95 Cr, which can appeal to single buyers or anyone looking at a smaller unit. The newest is Waterside Residences, a 35-acre launch with 2 and 3 BHK homes from ₹3.80 Cr and sizes that go up to 7,088 sq.ft.

Nothing here is finished yet, so there's no completed Krisumi tower to walk through. Check each project's HRERA registration and possession date, ask for the carpet area of the exact unit, and get a clear estimate of maintenance charges, especially where hotel-style services are promised.
