About RERA
The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 ("RERA") requires most real estate projects - broadly, those on land of more than 500 square metres or with more than eight apartments - to be registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority of the state concerned before they are advertised, marketed or sold. Real estate agents who facilitate sales must also register with the state authority.
Our listings
- Where available, we display the RERA registration number of each project as published by the developer or shown on the state RERA website.
- RERA registration numbers, registered completion dates and project details can change through extensions, corrections or revisions. Some projects (for example certain older or completed projects, or projects below the RERA thresholds) may not require registration.
- Our display of a project does not mean that NRIVEST or any authority endorses it.
Verify on the official RERA website
Before booking, please search for the project on the official website of the relevant state RERA authority (for example HRERA for Haryana, UP RERA for Uttar Pradesh, MahaRERA for Maharashtra, K-RERA for Karnataka, TG RERA for Telangana). Check the registration certificate, sanctioned plans, registered completion date, quarterly progress reports and any complaints or orders.
Information is indicative
Prices, plans, specifications and other details on this website are indicative and subject to change by the developer. They do not form part of any offer or contract. The registered agreement for sale between you and the developer will govern your purchase.
Agent registration
Where NRIVEST acts as a registered real estate agent, our agent registration number is displayed in the website footer. For any questions, write to us at the email shown on our Contact page.
