Omaxe

Omaxe has been around since 1987 and is based in New Delhi, with townships, housing and commercial projects across several North Indian states. Its project listed here is Omaxe State in Sector 19B, Dwarka. Note that this is in Delhi, just across the border, not in Gurugram. It's a new launch on about 50.4 acres, pitched as a sports, retail and leisure destination, with shops starting around ₹51 Lakh.

The low ticket size is appealing, but retail income depends entirely on footfall and how well the place is managed. Ask about the leasing plan, maintenance charges and the expected opening date. Since the project is in Delhi, it falls under Delhi's RERA rather than Haryana's, so verify the registration there.
