Grand Omaxe Lincoln

Grand Omaxe Lincoln will appeal to anyone who dislikes crowded corridors. It is a small project within Omaxe's Grand Omaxe integrated township, listed by the developer on Sultanpur Road, with two towers, Lincoln A and Lincoln B, and only two apartments per floor. That adds up to about 90 homes in total, a low number of neighbours by any standard. It is registered under RERA, registration number UPRERAPRJ624607/05/2025. The RERA record shows a proposed completion date of February 2030.

The township is in a part of Lucknow that has filled out with major landmarks. Ekana international cricket stadium and the UP Police Headquarters are both within a couple of kilometres, and Medanta and RML hospitals are nearby. Having major hospitals close by is a real comfort if you are buying for parents.

To put numbers on it, the UP Police Headquarters is about 1 km away and Ekana international cricket stadium about 2 km. Janeshwar Mishra Park is about 6 km away, Hazratganj about 9 km and the airport about 17 km.

The amenity list is practical and family-friendly. There is a clubhouse, an all-weather swimming pool and a gymnasium, plus a tennis court, a jogging track and a covered jogging park. A party hall and card room cover the social side, and children have a play area. Car parking and power backup are included.

Lincoln offers two layouts as listed by the developer: 2 BHK plus store of about 1,905 sq.ft and 3 BHK plus store of about 2,330 sq.ft. A 2 BHK at nearly 1,900 sq.ft is unusually roomy, which tells you these are generous homes. Prices start around ₹1.57 Cr, though prices move, so check the current sheet with NRIVEST.

Lincoln suits buyers who want a spacious home with few neighbours, inside a larger township and close to good hospitals. For NRIs buying for parents, the combination of a large 2 BHK, Medanta nearby and township security is a sensible package. Two flats a floor also keeps the building quiet.

The trade-off is the wait. The RERA completion date is February 2030, so ask for construction updates and make sure you are comfortable with the payment schedule over that period.
