Godrej Properties is the real estate business of the Godrej Group, the Mumbai house most families know from locks, almirahs and soap. It began in 1990 and now builds across most large Indian cities. In Gurugram, a big share of its work sits along the Dwarka Expressway and in the New Gurugram sectors around NH-48.

The range is wide. If you want to move in soon, there are ready societies like Godrej Summit in Sector 104 (from ₹1.20 Cr, 2 to 4 BHK on 22 acres), Godrej Aria in Sector 79 (from ₹1.55 Cr), Godrej Oasis in Sector 88A (from ₹1.60 Cr) and Godrej Meridien in Sector 106 (from ₹2.10 Cr). Many ready units change hands on resale, so the real price depends on the seller, the floor and the condition of the flat.

At the newer end, Godrej Zenith in Sector 89 and Godrej Vrikshya in Sector 103 are fresh launches, with Vrikshya starting at ₹3.55 Cr for 3 to 4.5 BHK homes. Godrej Icon in Sector 88A, Godrej Arista in Sector 79 and Godrej Suprema are still under construction.

A big brand helps with bank tie-ups and resale interest. It doesn't replace homework, though. For anything under construction, check the HRERA registration and the committed possession date, compare carpet area rather than super area across projects, and walk through an older Godrej tower to see how it has aged.
