Godrej 101 suits families who want an active, well-equipped community with a trusted brand, at a price well below most Dwarka Expressway launches. For NRIs, a finished society with a big amenity list is easier to rent out, and the 2 BHK at 1,383 sq.ft is a comfortable size for tenant families.

On a resale, verify the title chain, the occupation certificate and pending maintenance dues, and inspect the actual flat. Ask what the monthly maintenance works out to as well, since a wide amenity programme has running costs.
