A township this size tends to suit families with children, who will find friends and activities without ever leaving the gate.

The four layouts are a 2.5 BHK of 1,420 sq.ft, a 3 BHK of 1,900 sq.ft, a 3.5 BHK of 2,100 sq.ft and a 4.5 BHK of 2,650 sq.ft. That is a range of 1,420 to 2,650 sq.ft, with prices starting around ₹2.03 Cr. Treat this as indicative and check the current price sheet.

Golf Hills suits buyers who want a large, amenity-heavy community without paying top-tier prices. The 2.5 BHK is the most accessible unit and should have broad rental appeal, while the 3.5 and 4.5 BHK homes are for families who want room to grow. Big townships also tend to have professional management, which helps a lot when you are looking after a home from abroad.

Before booking, read the payment plan closely. The 10% booking plan is easy on cash flow, but check what the later instalments are tied to, along with the possession date and the HRERA registration. And because density is high, look at which tower and floor you are getting, not just the layout.
