Sobha

Sobha is a Bengaluru developer, founded in 1995, and it is unusual in one way that matters to buyers. It does much of its design and construction in-house instead of handing it all to contractors. People who have toured its homes usually notice the finishing first. That reputation is why its Gurugram projects tend to be priced at the upper end of their sectors.

Two of its projects here are ready and sold mainly on resale. Sobha City in Sector 108 is a 39-acre community with 2 and 3 BHK apartments from ₹2.75 Cr. Sobha International City in Sector 109 is a 150-acre villa township, with 4 and 5 BHK homes on 270 to 400 sq.yd, starting around ₹10 Cr. Visiting either gives you a fair sense of what Sobha delivers after handover.

The new launches lean luxury. Aranya in Sector 80 has towers up to 40 floors, with 3 and 4 BHK homes from ₹7.5 Cr. Altus in Sector 106 offers 3, 4 and 5 BHK units from about ₹6.36 Cr. Strada, also in Sector 106, is different: 1 BHK serviced apartments from around ₹2.04 Cr, which suits a smaller budget.
