Signature Global started in 2014 and made its name with affordable housing under Haryana's government policy, at a time when few builders wanted to work at those margins. Over the last few years it has moved steadily upmarket, so its list on this corridor now runs from about ₹1.10 Cr all the way to roughly ₹5.30 Cr. That range is the first thing to understand about this developer.

At the value end, City 92 in Sector 92 is ready, with resale 2 BHK homes from about ₹1.10 Cr. City 81, City 93 and City 79B are still under construction, with 2 and 3 BHK homes from ₹1.15 Cr to ₹1.30 Cr. City 79B is a low-rise floors project, which some families prefer over a tall tower. Sizes are compact, roughly 950 to 1,530 sq.ft, so compare carpet areas carefully between options.

The newer projects are a different story. Deluxe DXP in Sector 37D starts at ₹3.50 Cr, Sarvam in the same sector from about ₹2.80 Cr, Twin Towers DXP in Sector 84 from around ₹5.30 Cr, and Titanium SPR in Sector 71 off NH-48 from ₹4.5 Cr for 3.5 and 4.5 BHK homes up to 3,500 sq.ft. These are pricier homes from a builder whose track record is mostly in the affordable segment, so look closely at specifications and the builder-buyer agreement.

There is also SCO 88A in Sector 37D, ready, with plots from ₹2.34 Cr. Whatever you pick, confirm the HRERA registration and the possession date before you pay anything.
