ACE Arte

If you like a building that looks grand rather than glassy, ACE Arte will catch your eye. It is ACE Group's newest homes project in Sector 150, designed by Hafeez Contractor in a neo-classical style, with symmetrical facades, columns and a formal entrance. It is registered under RERA, registration number UPRERAPRJ528653/07/2026. You can check it on the state RERA portal before booking.

The plot covers about 15 acres and is open on three sides. Roughly 9 acres go to a resort-style landscape, and about 80% of the land is kept open. There will be 784 homes in 3 and 4 BHK layouts, served by a clubhouse of about 50,000 sq ft.

Sector 150 is Noida's Sports City sector near the end of the Noida Expressway, and it is widely seen as one of the best-planned parts of the city. It's low-density and green, and it sits where the Noida Expressway meets the routes to the Yamuna Expressway and the new airport. The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is about 2 minutes away, the Sector 148 Aqua Line Metro about 8 minutes, the Yamuna Expressway about 10 minutes and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway about 15 minutes. Shiv Nadar School and Yatharth Hospital are about 15 minutes each, DLF Mall of India about 30 minutes, and Noida International Airport about 35 minutes. The trade-off is that you're farther from central Noida and Delhi than in sectors closer in.

The clubhouse covers a lot of ground, with padel, squash, an indoor pool and a banquet hall among its features. Outdoors there's a swimming pool, a cricket pitch, basketball, badminton, pickleball and table tennis, along with an amphitheatre and a party lawn. Families get a kids' play zone, and there's a yoga and meditation area for quieter mornings. With about 9 acres of landscape, you can go for a walk without circling the same path.

ACE Arte is a big, green project for buyers who like a classic look and want plenty of open space. Sector 150's planning is a real plus, the metro is within reach and the airport route is close. ACE is a local developer with several completed projects in Noida, which you can visit to judge build quality and upkeep.

Be clear about the trade-offs, though. It only launched in August 2026, so this is a long-horizon purchase, and at 784 homes it isn't a boutique address. Before you compare it with neighbours like Prateek Canary or the Godrej and Experion launches nearby, get the full cost sheet, carpet areas and the committed possession date in writing.
