Godrej Woodscapes brings the forest theme to East Bangalore on a big scale. It's a large residential project at Nimbekaipura, Budigere Cross, on Old Madras Road, spread over about 28 acres. It is registered under RERA, registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/170524/006882. You can check it on the state RERA portal before booking.

The plan has 15 towers, each with three basements, a ground floor and 39 floors, and apartments from 2 BHK to 4.5 BHK. Construction was at an early stage in 2026. The developer is targeting December 2028, while the RERA completion date is June 2030.

Budigere Cross is on the eastern edge of the city, a short drive from Whitefield. It's an area still in the middle of growing up, more open, more affordable and less crowded than Whitefield itself, with shopping already arriving. Decathlon Old Madras Road is about 950 m away, Orion Uptown Mall about 1.2 km, and the Budigere Cross-Hoskote road about 2 km. If you work in Whitefield and want more space for your money, it's worth a look.

The amenities are built for active families. There's a swimming pool and kids' pool, tennis, basketball and badminton courts, a cricket pitch and a skating rink, plus cycling and jogging tracks and an outdoor gym. For downtime there's an amphitheatre and a party lawn, and pet owners get a pet park. The forest-themed landscape ties it all together and gives 28 acres a proper green feel rather than lawns between towers.

Homes in 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4.5 BHK layouts measure about 716 to 3,634 sq ft carpet, starting from around ₹1.2 Cr. Because these are carpet areas, comparison with other projects is more honest. Woodscapes suits buyers who want a Godrej home near Whitefield at a lower entry price than Whitefield itself. The size range is wide, so it can work as a compact rental for young professionals or a big family home. For NRIs, Godrej's brand and a published carpet area are both useful when buying from a distance.

The main thing to keep in mind is time and scale. Construction was early in 2026, there's a gap between the developer's December 2028 target and the June 2030 RERA date, and towers of 39 floors take a while. Plan around the RERA date, ask which tower and floor you're offered, and find out whether it's in Phase 1.
