Yelahanka has quietly become one of North Bangalore's most practical places to live, and Brigade Eternia is a big new addition to it. Brigade Group launched the project in March 2025, off Yelahanka New Town Main Road. It is registered under RERA, registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/070325/007559. You can check it on the state RERA portal before booking.

It covers roughly 14.5 acres, with 1,124 apartments across 12 towers labelled A to L, each with two basements, a ground floor and 13 to 14 floors. That adds up to about 2 million sq ft of built-up area. Homes range from compact 1 BHK units to large 4 BHK apartments. Construction was in progress in 2026, with a target completion of December 2029 and a RERA completion date of March 2030.

Yelahanka is an established suburb with its own shopping, schools and a calmer pace than central Bangalore. What makes it stand out today is how close it is to the airport side of the city. RMZ Galleria Mall is about 250 m away and Garuda Mall Yelahanka about 1.2 km, so you have two malls within easy reach, which is a real everyday convenience. Bellary Road (NH 44), the main route to Kempegowda International Airport, is about 1 km away, a big plus for NRIs flying in and out and for anyone whose work involves travel.

The amenities are strong on sport. Alongside the clubhouse, swimming pool and gymnasium, there are badminton courts, a basketball court, a squash court and table tennis, plus indoor games. Families get a kids' play area and a multipurpose hall for celebrations, and pet owners get a pet park. It's a sensible spread for a community of more than a thousand homes.

The 1, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK homes range from about 700 to 2,926 sq ft, starting from around ₹1.06 Cr. That starting price applies to the smaller homes, and prices move, so ask NRIVEST for the current sheet by configuration.

Eternia suits a wide range of buyers because of its size mix. A compact 1 BHK can be an easy rental near two malls, while the 3.5 and 4 BHKs work for families who want space in North Bangalore. For NRIs, the closeness to the airport road and the established Yelahanka neighbourhood make it practical both to visit and to rent out.

Just remember that this is a large project with a RERA date of March 2030, so it's a forward purchase. Ask which tower you're being offered and its expected completion, and check the carpet area against the quoted size so you can compare it fairly with other Yelahanka projects.
