Eldeco Camelot

Eldeco Camelot is deliberately small, and that is exactly its appeal. There are only 95 apartments spread across two G+20 towers on about 1.83 acres, with no sprawling township around them and no rows of identical blocks. Every home is a corner unit, open on three sides, and only two or three apartments share a floor, so the lift lobby stays quiet. It is registered under RERA, registration number DLRERA2026P0002. For many families, the address alone settles the question: this is Delhi, not Gurgaon. Sector 17 in Dwarka sits beside the DDA Sports Complex, with the DDA Golf Course, Bharat Vandana Park and Yashobhoomi close by, and an international cricket stadium on the way. It is a green, settled part of Dwarka, yet you are still only about 6 km from the Dwarka Expressway when you need to head towards Gurgaon.

Everyday distances are short. The DDA Sports Complex is about 0.9 km away and the Dwarka metro about 1.9 km, while Bharat Vandana Park and the DDA Golf Course are about 4 km out. UER-II is about 5 km, Yashobhoomi (IICC) is about 6 km and the Dwarka Expressway about 6.3 km. IGI Airport and Aerocity are about 12 km away, and for longer trips Cyber City is about 30 km and Connaught Place about 35 km.

The homes themselves are where Camelot earns its price. Because every unit is a corner home, you get wraparound balconies and 270-degree views, and with just 2 to 3 homes on each floor you share very little. Ceilings have an 11 ft clear floor-to-ceiling height. Each apartment comes with a private foyer of 80 to 150 sq.ft, three dedicated car parks and a separate pooja area, and the towers are arranged around a sun-facing central courtyard with a car-light layout.

With a small site, you get a focused set of amenities rather than a giant club. There is a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, yoga deck, indoor games, a party hall and a kids' play area, all set around landscaped greens. On the practical side, CCTV, power backup and an ATM on site are part of the package.

Inside, the specifications are generous. Air-conditioning is all-weather VRV. The living, dining and kitchen areas have imported marble, while the bedrooms, which are column-free, get laminated wooden flooring. The modular kitchen comes with select white goods, the main door is a 9 x 5 ft double-sleeve design with a digital lock, internal doors are 8 ft high, and the CP fittings and sanitary fixtures are premium.

There are just two configurations. The 3 BHK + SQ measures 2,800 sq.ft and is priced at about ₹7.84 Cr, and the 4 BHK + SQ measures 3,600 sq.ft at about ₹10.10 Cr. Treat these as indicative, since prices move, and NRIVEST can share the latest sheet.

The main draw is simple: new, low-density luxury inside Delhi is scarce. If your family wants a large home, high ceilings and a quiet floor, and wants to stay within Delhi while being close to the airport, Camelot fits well. The small number of homes also tends to suit owners who will be away for long periods, because there are fewer neighbours and less crowding in common areas. One thing to check is the payment plan. It is a simple 25x4 structure, but the last 25% falls due at the OC application stage, so understand exactly what triggers that payment before you sign, and make sure you are comfortable with a November 2030 possession.

Eldeco built most of its reputation in Lucknow and other parts of North India, and its Gurugram projects are a fairly recent move. Its listed Gurugram projects, Fairway Reserve and Terra & Sol in Sector 80, also lean towards bigger homes and smaller, less crowded formats, which is the same thinking you see here at Camelot.
