Conscient Hines Elevate Homes 3.0

The big design idea here is that cars never touch the ground. Every vehicle goes straight into the basement, so the whole surface is a safe, walkable space where kids can run about and grandparents can stroll without watching for traffic, and a shaded, stone-clad pedestrian arcade links the towers. We don't have a verified RERA number for Conscient Hines Elevate Homes 3.0 on file yet, so ask us for it and check it on the state RERA portal before you pay anything.

Elevate Homes 3.0 is the next project from the Conscient and Hines partnership, with 4 towers on 10.5 acres in Sector 63A and around 80% of the land kept as open green space. Architecture is by Benoy. It is a new launch, and we don't have a possession date on file yet either.

Sector 63A sits right off Golf Course Extension Road, one of Gurgaon's more established premium stretches, and the apartments are shaped to face the Aravalli hills. Heritage School, Artemis Hospital and WorldMark are close, so the day-to-day essentials are already in place.

Golf Course Road is about 5 minutes away, with the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro close by. Medanta The Medicity is about 5.5 km, Millennium City Centre Metro about 6 km and Rajiv Chowk about 6.5 km. DLF Cyber City is about 10 km, Ambience Mall about 11 km, and IGI Airport (T3) about 16.5 km, roughly 35 minutes via signal-free corridors.

Inside, you get a 12 ft slab-to-slab ceiling height, and the basement parking has cut-outs that let in daylight and fresh air. The centrepiece is a 1,00,000 sq.ft European-inspired clubhouse, with a temperature-controlled lap pool and dedicated wellness areas, sized for everyday use as well as proper social events. Around it you will find central greens, a jogging and cycling track, a kids' play zone, an equipped gym, a salon and a multi-cuisine restaurant, while 5-tier security and 24x7 power back-up cover the basics.

The 3 BHK + SQ is 3,000 sq.ft, from around ₹7 Cr, and the 4 BHK + SQ is 4,000 sq.ft, from around ₹10 Cr. Expect large bedrooms and big balconies, with layouts planned for light, ventilation and hill views. Prices move and no payment plan has been published yet, so ask NRIVEST for the current terms.

Truly low density, a car-free ground level and Benoy's design are a rare mix this close to Golf Course Road. It suits families moving up to a large home who care about space and quiet, and the safe, traffic-free ground level is a real plus if parents or young children will be living there while you are abroad. What we would still want before committing is a firm possession date, the RERA registration and the unit count behind the low-density claim. Then compare it with other Sector 63A launches at similar prices.

Conscient is a Gurugram-based company. A good way to judge it is Heritage Max in Sector 102, which is ready to move with direct access from the Dwarka Expressway, so you can see how the developer handles a finished project. Its listings also include Conscient One, a commercial building in Sector 109, and Parq in Sector 80, which is under construction.
