What happens when a German engineering house known for high-performance cars turns its attention to homes? That is the idea behind M3M Brabus Residences, a partnership between M3M and BRABUS that aims to bring the same precision to how a home is planned, finished and lived in. The project is genuinely low density. There are two towers with just two residences per floor core, 240 homes in all, set inside the 32-acre Billionaire's Circuit, and around 88% of the estate is kept as open green space. It is a new launch, possession is expected by 2032, and since the RERA number is shared on request, verify it before committing.

Sector 58 is on Golf Course Extension Road, right beside Golf Course Road. This is a more established side of Gurgaon than the newer expressway sectors, with offices, hospitals and the city's better-known social spots already in place, so it is easier to picture daily life here. Golf Course Road is adjacent, the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro is nearby, and you have direct access to NH-48, Cyber City and IGI Airport.

The project is being presented as India's first BRABUS-branded residences. Beyond the low count of homes and the open greens, the standout features are an island-themed clubhouse of over 2 lakh sq.ft and a triple-height private arrival. The expression of interest (EOI) amount is ₹51 lakh.

The amenity list is long. For sport you have tennis, squash and badminton courts, an infinity-edge pool, a kids' splash pool and a well-equipped gym. For downtime there is a spa and salon, a library, a mini theatre, a yoga and meditation deck and a pet park. Entertaining is handled by a banquet hall, a multicuisine restaurant and poolside dining, and there is a business centre and a concierge desk too. EV charging, double-height AC lobbies, private elevators and five-tier security round it out.

Inside, the homes get authentic Italian marble flooring, deep wraparound glass balconies, German-engineered high-speed private elevators and a triple-height private entrance. There are three layouts: a 4 BHK of 5,500 sq.ft from about ₹20 Cr, and two 5 BHK options of 6,500 sq.ft and 7,000 sq.ft, both with price on request. If privacy is high on your list, two homes per floor core and 240 residences in total is about as quiet as a tower gets in Gurgaon, and the Golf Course Road address is a known quantity. It suits a buyer who values that along with the brand association.

The trade-off is time. Possession is expected by 2032, and one FAQ even mentions the end of 2033, so your money will be locked in for years. Check the RERA registration before paying the ₹51 lakh EOI, and ask what the brand controls once the building is handed over.
