Riviera Majestica is for people who think in thousands of square feet, not hundreds. It's a large-format project in the Skycity development near Club O7 on SP Ring Road in Shela, south-west Ahmedabad, promoted by Safal Goyal Realty LLP, the joint vehicle of Goyal & Co. and HN Safal. It is registered under RERA, registration number PR/GJ/AHMEDABAD/SANAND/AUDA/RAA10889/111122. You can check it on the state RERA portal before booking.

The project sits on about 4.02 acres and comprises three blocks of 25 floors with 340 homes, made up of 4 and 5 BHK apartments plus duplexes and triplexes. RERA data showed construction at about 73% in January 2026, with most units already booked and a completion date of 31 December 2027. Home loans are approved by Axis Bank and ICICI Bank.

Shela has become one of Ahmedabad's main growth corridors for premium housing. It's on the south-western side of the city, where SP Ring Road gives quick access in most directions, and there are schools in the area with Club O7 right nearby. The AUDA Sky City garden is within walking distance, a pleasant extra for evening walks with family. The nearest railway station is about 3.6 km away, and Ahmedabad airport about 35 km.

The amenity list is shorter than at many projects, partly because homes this size carry their own space. Within the community you get a swimming pool, an aerobics room, indoor games, a cricket pitch, a walking track and landscaped central greens. The practical items are worth noting too, including a water softener plant, which matters with Ahmedabad's hard water, a sewage treatment plant and parking.

Riviera Majestica suits a large or multi-generational family that wants real space, perhaps a duplex or triplex where parents and children each have their own floor. The thing to check is choice. With most units booked, ask exactly which units, floors and layouts remain, and compare the per sq ft price on carpet area. On a home this big the maintenance bill matters too, so get the expected monthly charges before you commit.
