DLF Star Tower

DLF Star Tower is about practicality. It is a ready-to-move office building in Sector 30, right on NH-8, inside a commercial hub DLF has developed with the operational DLF Star Mall, an SEZ and residential areas close by. If you want a working office now rather than the promise of one, it deserves a look. It suits small and mid-sized firms buying for their own use, as well as investors who prefer a finished asset they can lease straight away.

The building has NH-8 frontage, opposite the 32nd Milestone complex, on one of the oldest and best-known commercial stretches in Gurgaon. The neighbourhood is established, with retail and housing already in place. For staff and clients, a recognisable highway address that is easy to find is worth more than it sounds.

Connectivity is excellent. The drive from the first toll on the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway takes no more than about 5 minutes, and Millennium City Centre Metro is only about 1.5 km away, which is a real plus for staff. Rajiv Chowk and Medanta, The Medicity are each about 3 km, DLF Cyber City about 5 km, Ambience Mall about 6 km and IGI Airport (T3) about 11 km.

The premises are air-conditioned, with 24/7 power backup and round-the-clock security surveillance. Units are planned to let in plenty of natural light, which makes long workdays noticeably easier. A finished office on NH-8, close to the metro, the airport and Cyber City, is a straightforward proposition with little construction risk. For NRIs who want a modest commercial asset in an established spot, the entry ticket is relatively accessible, and a central building like this usually has a deeper pool of potential tenants than one in a new sector.

DLF began in Delhi in 1946 building residential colonies, and later put together the land that became DLF City in old Gurugram, with its Phases, Cyber City and Golf Course Road.
