The best way to think of it is as a neighbourhood commercial hub rather than a destination mall: there are lots of homes nearby, and those residents need somewhere to shop, eat and get things done. There is ample car parking too, and that matters a lot for walk-in retail.

The basics a retail owner cares about are covered, with 100% power backup, 24x7 security and ample parking. A multi-cuisine fine dining restaurant is planned alongside a strong shopping focus, and there are landscaped spaces around the development.

Commercial space in a sector full of homes has a natural customer base, and the DLF name helps when you are looking for tenants.
